Dark mode?

Would be cool to have a dark mode or multiple themes to be chosen by each user.

Similar to https://doc.rust-lang.org/book/ where we have multiple color themes.

This should be possible to do — fairly easily because colors are variable-based. I don't use dark mode personally though and would wait to see if there's more interest.
