Lost copy, delete and edit buttons

Describe the bug When there is no title for Login and the URL is really long edit, copy and delete buttons are lost.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a new login with no name and the following URL https://wordpress.com/log-in?client_id=1854&redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fpublic-api.wordpress.com%2Foauth2%2Fauthorize%3Fclient_id%3D1854%26response_type%3Dcode%26blog_id%3D0%26state%3Df30985c078e0086fc3761d81534a64a008062b8331bacd1b8320fee61435c747%26redirect_uri%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fen.gravatar.com%252Fconnect%252F%253Faction%253Drequest_access_token
  2. Go to the list and find the Login you just added
  3. Try to delete or edit Login

Expected behavior Copy, delete, and login buttons should visible
