Kotlin DSL Initialization of passy/gradle-gitVersioner-plugin

Hello, i have some trouble when i want to initialize 'com.pascalwelsch.gitversioner' in kotlin DSL. Also, i found an error such like this "Plugin [id: 'com.pascalwelsch.gitversioner', version: '0.4.1'] was not found in any of the following sources:". Did you have resolve this problem because i want to use it in our project. thx u in advance
