RAML to codex transformer

I'm starting to think there would be some use in creating a RAML to codex transformation capability. Personally I don't like the whole yml thing... but many others do. We could then open up Proteans capabilities to all sorts of other API's.

I suppose it would make sense to be able to transform in the other direction also, codex to RAML.
