Handling of programs, which are visible on all workspaces

It would be nice, if Programs, which are visible on all workspaces, could be shown above or below the (in my case vertical) workspaces list. I have a second screen with workspaces, but on half this screen, there is always the same nautilus window open visible (on every workspace). At the moment, this leads to the behaviour, that the nautilus symbol is displayed on every workspace view. While this is correct, it clutters the overview when many (especially more Nautilus~) windows are open.

It'll help, if this program symbols could be right-aligned at first (or generally, all programs of additional screens). :)
