Clicking on a resource uri does not open the uri on browser

What you did

1. Login to the desktop application
2. Select a resource and click on the uri

What happened

1. Nothing happened, where it should open the default browser with the resource URI

What you expected to happen

1. When clicking on the resource URI the default browser should open a new tab and display the resource uri
