Json Output: Respect Column Filter

Currently there is no way to exclude columns if JSON output is used. This is a problem because on a list resource command every resource needs to be decrypted which may timeout depending on the amount of resources.

Hi @speatzle, I think it's good, that you want to tackle this. This improvement was also already in my mind.
