Passthrough mode support

It is a feature request. I've managed to find "pass_through" system option which is used by the Game Launcher in S23 phones when charing using PPS charger (maybe on other models also, I'm not sure). That functionality is by default accessible only for games: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/what-is-pause-usb-power-delivery-feature-and-how-to-use-it/ . But setting that option manually by ABD or by the Tasker (with Tasker Settings plugin) is also working for regular usage. It doesn't need root so it might be useful in that application.
