window locations don't restore properly on multiple monitors

15" Retina MacBook Pro on left, 27" Thunderbolt display on right

When quitting with rulers on left screen:

They restore on the other screen, and with wrong positions relative to each other:

I've run into this every time I use it. An excellent work around would be to add a command key to reset the ruler

@dprusak1 yeah you can use ⌘R to reset the ruler positions.
