option to reverse vertical ruler

Hi Pascal I am sure you know that coordinate system can be reversed for NSviews ! I mean Zero at bottom left... Would be more than usefull to be able to reverse the vertical ruler to have a bottom up measurement ! RGDS JP Harmand
