OBS v29 Hotkeys Missing

It seems that in OBS v29.0.2 there are no options to bind hotkeys?

I have the same issues, although the OBSInfoWriter seems to be loaded (checked the logs), it doesn't appear in OBS v29.

The only log line related to OBSInfoWriter is: 04:24:23.366: Failed to load 'en-US' text for module: 'OBSInfoWriter'
