Starting Connection Error

When I am starting Particl Desktop v3, Connection Error, connecting http://raw.gethubusercontent.com/. How can I solve this problem?

particl-core is automatically downloaded/updated when Particl Desktop starts, and its appears that there was an error connecting to github.com to retrieve the particl-core details and binary.

This may happen as a result of restrictions on the network that the application connects on (preventing connection to various websites for example), or restrictions imposed by your machine either (firewall, or account policies that are applied by other software and/or corporate type policy settings).

You'll need to find what the source of the restriction is.
