Everytime only a few times refresh buttom get notification

Describe the bug Every time a few items in marketplace get downloaded and I have to re-open the app to process continue

Versions (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux Ubuntu 20.04
• Particl Desktop: v3.0.0
• Particl Core: 0.19.2.16

Additional context Available RAM before running Particl: only 2.2 GB (I feel sometimes low ram maybe cause of programs act unnaturally. Tell me If I'm wrong)

The problem was in every session the refresh button does not get blue notification anymore but there is a more serious problem that I will explain in another issue

If your system runs on low resources, then depending on the OS configuration it may terminate or suspend some processes in an effort to prevent complete resource utilization (and cause the system to "freeze").

If it can be confirmed that new listings are being received (well, the smsg messages are being received at least) but updates in the marketplace are not occurring, then it may be the case that the particl-marketplace service is being suspended or terminated by your system.

We'll obviously need to, in the future, look at reducing system resource utilization and consequently some minimum system requirements. There is however, no quick fox for this, and will need to be otimized further as the marketplace service progresses to a production-ready release (its still in pre-production readiness, with the current release being the first beta release).
