V3 Image upload error message

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No distinct error message when uploading images. It says "One or more images selected were not valid".

Describe the solution you'd like An error message that is understandable for the unexperienced user. E.g. "[This|Image no X,Y,Z] image [is|were] too big. Try a downsized version. Link: "Help" -> Image handling.

I think the concern here is if there are different issues with multiple images selected. For example, one image is an invalid type (eg: a broken jpg image) and another is too large. In all cases, the generic error message is that it is invalid (its invalid either due to not being the correct format, or not being the correct size, etc). Probably not something that will be in the next testing release, but more specific error messages can be considered for a future release beyond the next one.
