V3 Add to cart -> add link to cart

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When an item is added to the cart a message appears with a "dismiss" message.

Describe the solution you'd like Change the word dismiss to an icon and add a link to "open cart" into this message. Alternatively, change the "Add to Cart" button to "Added to Cart" (after the item has been added to the cart) with a different color state and a click opens the cart.

Additional context This implementation brings the users without taking additional steps directly to the next logical step unless further shopping is intended.
