V3 Hide version indicators behind user interaction

In the bottom left corner the version information gets indicated. This information is to a user not relevant unless there is an update available or a problem occurred.

Describe the solution you'd like For the time this information is not relevant to the user it is helpful to hide this information which leads to more focus on relevant information.

"Market Settings" and "Wallet Settings" could move to this position while the text color gets less importance than current and a dropdown arrow beside can indicate there is some additional information for to discover. If an "update notice" arrives this section becomes visible again until the update is performed, or the information is dismissed with the arrow icon for the time of this session.
