V3 overlay to non-lightbox

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. On smaller screen sizes a lot of screen size gets given away which could be greatly used to organize information more structured than compressed and reduce the need to scroll (which is unavoidable at the moment).

Describe the solution you'd like By changing the overlay solution from lightbox to full-size more space gets available. If now all the content gets restructured and rearranged it will reduce the need to scroll massively.

The #1753 proposal is complementing this.
