Completed purchases do not update in Particl Desktop if TX already in blockchain.

When the buyer marks an item as received, i.e. gets Particl Desktop to broadcast the transaction that spends funds and MAD escrow funds back to the buyer and seller, if the transaction has already been broadcast and exists in the blockchain, Particl Desktop reports "TX already in block chain". However the bug here is that it does not then update the item's status to "complete".

I can't remember how I got in to this state, I believe it might have been a result of duplicating an instance of Particl Desktop onto another machine and then finishing the escrow process on one client but not the other.
