PD: Add radio switch in settings to enable TOR connector

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some people do not know how to connect to a default tor router setup within settings.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a radio switch. If set on the settings gets automatically put into the "connect via proxy" field. The users still have the ability to change the port value within that field.

Describe alternatives you've considered A short "hint" within the configuration page. Close to the proxies field. But as this solution is easy to implement, the question remains: "Why not".
