Bulk image quality adjustment tool

At the moment all images have to be separately re-scaled to adjust their quality, and hence the cost of broadcasting them to the network in a listing. Images grabbed from URLs cannot be re-scaled.

Could the bulk listings upload feature include a slider for image quality so that the image quality can be adjusted for all listings in one place prior to broadcast, saving the seller time and potentially money.
