Users who recover their wallet from the mnemonic cannot release funds locked in escrow.

I have a buyer who says they cannot see the escrow we set up for a sale. They claim they have rebuilt their wallet using the mnemonic and all their trade info has disappeared so their is no way to release funds. Is their any way to find an escrow contact based on say just their wallet mnemonic?

Could future versions of Particl Desktop scan the blockchain for related incomplete contracts and provide the buyer with a new option to release the transaction, less the smsg content. This still provides the buyer with the option to sign the release transaction if they are satisfied.

Or

Some form of convenience interface where by the seller can re-broadcast the half signed contract to the buyer so that they can sign it and then release funds.
