Cannot progress pass the Confirm Recovery Phrase page when creating a new wallet.

On the Confirm Recovery Phrase page (step 4) when the words are entered in correctly some times it is not possible to progress to the next step.

This may be an issue to do with using the space bar between words, as using the tab key seems to prevent this from happening. The only fix I have found is to go back a page, which generates a new 24 word mnemonic, and then retry. This bug also seems to be Mac OS X specific on v 2.0.2 of Desktop Client. Encountered on both Mac OS El Captain and Mojave.

Is similar behaviour noted with the latest v3.0 release (currently on testnet)? The v3.0 release re-worked the input of the wallet mnemonic a little which should have resolved this issue.
