Not able to select my own (native) language in terms and conditions popup

A new user should be able to select its own (or any preferred) language before accepting terms and conditions. Right now the client picks a default language, based on location.

This issue could be resolved with a simple drop down in the terms and conditions popup.

Just noting that translation support is an item that we are looking at going forward, so this should be possible in a future mainnet release.
