Ledger Nano X not importing

Given the particl core 0.19.2.8 wallet with 64 bit windows, my ledger nano X is not being found when pressing the import button.

I can confirm that the app is open in the ledger device.

The exact debug text given:

Waiting for device.
No device found.
The Particl app on your device must be open before importing.

Cool enough. Everything else I've worked with so far, S and X have been interchangeable and mostly confirming that it truly isn't supported yet. Thanks for the clarification.
