Error querying the blockchain.
Hi guys, Whats wrone with your app, I can't use my BTC? I can't saw my balance, transactions and in fact where my bitcoins? Last to receive data 11 day ago . I refresh but still an error.
Me to same problem I tried re importing but now my wallet won't restore cause message ... Appreciate any help that can assist

We are aware of the issue and looking at some changes, but looks like we cant support Bitcoin at this stage.
As a solution the best we can suggest/advise would be to download Flarewallet or Bitpay and importing your wallet there.
Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately the wallet import doesn't work. I enter 12 words in bitpay wallet and some work starts, but in the end the import does not happen. Give me back my bitcoins.

Why my balance 0 BTC? Why I can't import my wallet? Why i can't saw my transactions? Where my bitcoins? Your still my BTC. It doesn't matter to me why you can't support BTS, you must to return my money back. You screwed up your application and I can lose bitcoins because of you if I have not already? Why can't I import the wallet?

@HenkSwardt your solutions doesn't work!!! Check it yourself. My bitcoins are gone after importing to bitpay wallet it's not showing in wallet. After importing I saw only several transactions, but not all, also my balance is 0 BTC. When you restore Bitcoin wallet?
Good news, I transferred my BTC on th Bitpay wallet. I used these recovery tools. I hope you will be able to restore your BTZ as well.
Unfortunately this is known. Bitpay did change their servers and at the moment there are no developer resources free to fix this within Particl Copay wallet. You have to move your BTC funds to another wallet. It even may be possible the Particl Copay wallet will abandon BTC support -but this is not final. At the moment, if you need to access your funds, you need to move.
