I believe that all of the generated files either live in `gapic-generator-python` or are part of the templates either [here](https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-python/tree/main/containers/python-bootstrap-container) or [here](https://github.com/googleapis/synthtool/tree/master/synthtool/gcp/templates/python_mono_repo_library).

As of yesterday, the error level has changed from `warning` to `info` in `google-api-python-client`. See googleapis/google-api-python-client#1125.
