Documented ParsecHost SDK system requirements?

Hi folks 👋.

We're having a hard time communicating to users which platforms are supported by the Parsec SDK. Our users are being confused predominantly about the presence of Linux support (#25).

Information that's most easily found online covers system requirements for joining and hosting games. It's difficult for users to understand the difference between a Parsec-built client app (supports some Linux), Parsec-built host app (only supported on Windows), and third party Parsec host build using the SDK (supports no Linux and supports MacOS).

Will you all please consider adding documentation to the SDK readme that covers SDK system requirements? It will be a big help for us to refer users to this documentation when they want more context on our third-party game host app running on Linux.
