Parse LLC transferred the code to the community and does not contribute to the codebase anymore it is just maintained by the community. The BSD License governs the parse-server project, in essence, you can do whatever you like with the project. However, if you redistribute the project, you must include a copy of the original license found in the parse-server repo.
