feat: Update README.md

Updated the docs in parts to at least provide the updated ways to get started while the main docs get updated too

I'd love if the PR was merged before this, so we are all good. Parse Fully Supports MAUI and XAMARIN is Depreciated so, It'd be great for us to show the updated steps as I've laid out. (I'll keep updating the docs).
