[UWP] Support for interactive notification

Please add the ability to send interactive notification from cloud code.

This is definitely on our roadmap to support Windows 10 UWP projects. Seeing as we don't officially support it (though there is a fork which exists currently to implement it, see #91), we don't currently have back-end support for UWP push either.

This is coming, but it's definitely a roadmap project, so no ETA can be given ATM.

This is definitely a good news! Back in the days I choosed Parse because was easy to understand and because it was multiplatform. Please continue to support the Windows environment! Thank you

Seeing as this will require back-end changes to implement, this is essentially on hold for now, unless someone goes and implements it for parse-server (note that @gfosco is working on traditional push for parse-server right now).
