Drop python2 support

The repository currently has building issues, some of them are related with python 2.

Having issues with that discourage people to contribute and make difficult to keep the library updated. Note that the official support for Python 2 dropped at January 1, 2020.

Ah there is still some activity here :smile:

Note that in our fork https://github.com/LibrePCB/funq we successfully set up CI with Github Actions so maybe you want to take a look at our CI config. Also we added support for Qt6 and migrated to cmake, see pull requests. Unfortunately I didn't open further pull requests here as it seemed to me this repo is not actively maintained anymore...
