Number of samples for model tuning

Hi!

I am following the tune example. We first provide our dataset to run SigMA and tune it based on our data. How big should our dataset be? The tcga_mc3_brca.maf contains 50 samples. Would it work properly with fewer samples, like 40 or 30?
