[question] How do you plug this lib to a Phoenix app?

Is it possible to plug Ecto libs like this one into Phoenix? Can they be developed independently and then imported into Phoenix?

there are lots of great database design / ecto methods involved in this project and am wondering how they might be integrated into a Phoenix workflow
