I'm getting the following response on activating: {"opstatus":0,"seqValue":"10346701","errors":[{"resultCode":"FAILURE"},{"code":"11-09-SMSP-1185"},{"message":"Old Device not associated to an account"}],"httpStatusCode":200} I get an empty 200 response ( {} )from the create account request
`{"faultcode":"10001","faultdetail":"Authorization Failed","opstatus":8005,"errmsg":"Not Authorized","httpStatusCode":500}` When I click `Create an account for your radio.` Getting back an error code of 500 on the console response. I have CORS disabled.

Looking at the code, is there any way to submit ESN instead of Radio ID? ESN is only from old sirius radios before the merger and Ford still only uses...

Been using this for a while (thanks for the great work!) and it looks like when I activate my radio now, it comes with a very small number of channels...
