Front-end template not working from remote client computer browser

Description of bug

Hi,

I started node-template using following:

./target/release/node-template --dev --tmp --ws-external

Then I started node template using: yarn start.

But this is only accessible from localhost:8000. How can I start node template and front-end template so that I can access it using browser on any computer using IP address:8000. I have tried to modify development.json as follows:

{ "PROVIDER_SOCKET": "ws://100.71.82.189:9944" }

but still when I start front-end-template, it shows localhost:8000. I would like to access it from remote client using IP:8000 of node.
