Remove support for `/wss` in a long time

According to the multiaddr spec, /tls/ws is preferred over /wss. Support for /tls/ws was added in https://github.com/paritytech/smoldot/pull/1958.

Note that Substrate doesn't support /tls/ws. We can't do anything before it does.
