i want to know if i upgrade my gradle to latest version,can this project still work?

I've been wondering the same thing.

I'm not sure if there's a more recent fork that somebody has been maintaining and merging in the PRs but I'm maintaining my own version over at https://github.com/joshuapinter/activeandroid.

https://github.com/Sebbia/ActiveAndroid seems to be the best fork at the moment.
