Initialise -> SQLiteCantOpenDatabaseException

I got this report from google play. Galaxy Tab4 10.1 running 4.4. This is all the information I have, but it appears that ActiveAndroid is exploding internally during initialisation when trying to open the app database. Thousands of people use this app and this is the first error of its type.
