How can I add content to the Korean document?

#964 I sent this PR, but I knew it was the wrong way.

However, Korean documents cannot be found in v2. How can I add more content?

We currently haven't worked out how we'll do localisation for the Parcel 2 documentation.

The main issue we'd like to solve compared to version 1 localisation is that translations got out of sync really quickly compared to the english version which we'd like to solve, for this we'd probably need some core documentation contributors that ensure the translations remain up to date and a way to fallback to english if the documentation is outdated for too long. Using a tool like crowdin would also help a lot with this.

Another issue was deployment of the documentation but I think if we keep it simple with using a directory per language that would be solved parceljs.org/en, parceljs.org/nl, parceljs.org/nl, parceljs.org/ko, ...
