ui: Flamechart improvements

This PR aims to improve the UX of the flame chart visualisation by adding a useAutoFlameChartQuerySelector hook which auto configures the time range selection to be 1min and sums the metrics graph with the node, cpu and thread_id labels when the flame chart viz is selected.

interesting .. should we maybe make flamecharts a top-level tab? I find the UX of the visualization selection changing the previous, further up selections quite unexpected
