Fully migrate to execute

Execute is very flexible and brilliantly covers many use cases so it allows us to implement this instruction in very generic way - further saving space and enhancing customizability of the instructions possible with the SDK.

Currently not possible, very limited amount of chains support execute.

Switch to execute on those instead, and then scale as chains will allow for execute.
