Solve problem with V3 and V4 asset multi-locations in asset selection

X1 junction in V4 is an array, and when you insert the V3 multi-location into V4 transfer it expects an array and vice-versa. Maybe create transformMultiLocation function that normalizes multi-location to the specific XCM version.
