Improve falback system for checking asset compatibility

Currently, we fallback to symbol comparison, but this is not correct, because destination may have multiple symbols of same asset, so SDK is unable to pick. Improve this, so that if location on origin is present, check for same location on destination, and only afterwards default to symbol
