Deprecate get xcm fee estimate functions

Since we have dryrun bypass we do not need users to have any balance for fee checking on chains that have dryrun. In case that chain doesnt have dryrun we default into payment info by default in that functions. It would be easier for us to maintain one function that allows complex fee handling than to have multiple different queries from which some do no longer make sense being standalone.

Task:

Deprecate originXCMFeeEstimate, XCMFeeEstimate, remove getOriginFeeDetails
