S3 in Blockly - license attribution

To make sure our BlocklyProp license covers the requirements of Apache's Blockly license for giving credit on trademarks and copyrights we need to review our license and make sure this is done.

Since I'm working on code these days, could someone help me understand 1) where to find the appropriate text/comment header to add and 2) where it should be included?
