Can we re-enabled Terminal blocks for Badge WX on Demo?

This has ramifications that Stephanie wanted to be careful about for the Production update, but there's a Badge WX webinar on Tuesday where I'd like to demonstrate debugging via Terminal, but have no way to do it except to trick the system (which I can do if that's preferred).

There should be no problems doing this on the Demo site. It's moniker is that everything is working 80% of the time.

Re-opening with a reminder to tag/wrap/suppress the appearance of these blocks in the Badge WX menu so that the change does not go to the next release for Production.
