Is there a way to get more than one thermal sensor displayed?

I am able to select one thermal sensor and display it's measurements. I would like to be able to monitor individual core temperatures as well and was wondering if it was possible to enable that somehow. I am currently trying to use the Freon extension for individual core monitoring but it provides instantaneous values only and no plots which is an advantage of using the system monitor applet and I would like to switch back to using just this extension.

Overall, I am happy with the extension and the configurability and features it provides out of the box! This would help with making it even more usable.
