Can't paste on Safari

Fixed on https://github.com/ColdHeat/butterfly/commit/50f4a374cdc57a5e450ca4992b00d917529332a4. Not ready for a PR but will do one later.

Doesn't work in Firefox on my Windows 7 VM.

Also should note that Ctrl Shift C is bound to Web Inspectors on Firefox and Chrome on Windows.
