Update prompt_paradox_setup

According to Powerline Font Patching Documentation, the special characters moved to the Unicode Private Use Area (the range goes from U+E000 to U+F8FF)

Newly patched fonts use these new codes.

Updated the file with the specified changes to work with the new fonts.
