A suggestion for mod compatibility

I have vanilla crops and a regrowth mod which works normally for them. It seems that all the crops added through https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1598 are incompatible with the crop regrowth mod https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/4130?tab=posts.

I noticed that there’s a comment about not working with modded crops and I was wondering if there was any way to edit that to be compatible or maybe some way of converting it through another mod? I can understand if it’s not possible due to the coding difference between the two mods.
